Comix is back! I updated Comix to run on Ubuntu 18.04 and uploaded to a fork called 'Comix 2020'. Download and install from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/comix-2020/files/Comix-2020/

Looks this project is discontinued, I saw there is a fork called mcomix, which have some active commits.

Pillow is up to v7.0.0 (at the time of writing) and since 2.1.0, no longer supports import _imaging which breaks Comix as it stands currently. It's recommended we use from PIL.Image import core as _imaging instead, but that requires an extensive re-writing of Comix, and since the progect hasn't been active in nearly 8 years, perhaps it's time to retire it?
