Hi Mark,

very funny, because I just have been looking into this, yesterday.

I really much liked the attached one. Its a small one, we could place in
the menubar. This is actually used by Firefox.

Looking at your collection, I would vote for:
- 1. row, 3. one from the right
- 1. row, 1. one the left

Removing them from the toolbar is generally a good idea. Then we could
offer a small or big icons toolbar (saving more space ;-)). And we could
in the future support multiple floating toolbars - I'm currently
investigating this .

Which one we you choose?
