#364 Checking supp. types in account freezes the GUI

Account setup dialog.

When I press the "Checkout supp. types" and have an
invalid hostname it takes a long time to timeout in that
query. During this time the GUI is freezed and if a move
another window above the current, it is not repainted as
it should.

The querying should be made in a non-GUI thread.
