Hello,

I am probably just being dense, none the less..

I am on the "Get Players" "Game Setup" page. To the
best of my knowledge I have set up for 6 players. The
directions tell me at this point:

"When you're done, click OK Another dialog will .."

I don't see an OK button/selection. At the bottom of the
page I have choices "New Game", "Load Game","Run
Network Client", "Quit". None of these seem to take me
to the next step.

Could someone please let me know what I am doing
wrong.

Thanks,
timb132@comcast.net

I have what I think is the same problem.

I recently reloaded my machine (thanks MS). I have the
latest JRE and am fully updated XP Home SP2.

When I run from Java Web Start, I get the splash screen and
the GetPlayer screen, but when I select New Game, the
    process just goes away.

I tried to download the zip and put the contents in
c:\src\colossus, but the results are exactly the same.

The error message seems to indicate that Colossus could not
open the network port it wanted (26567). This might be an
issue with some personal firewall or some other program
    using the port.
