#221 game option: fleeing creatures don't die

A cool game option we used back in the day is to return any creature that gives half points to the caretaker. The theory is that they they didn't die so should go back out into the world. The implementation would be simple but the change makes you think about the consequences of running. With this in place I've fled with a 7 high from a scooby-snack just to make recruits available for my titan's legion and conceded when I should have fled to deny a particular recruit to the other players. It also expands recruiting options as the game progresses.

Sounds interesting. And since it's optional it won't disturb anyone.

Probably not very difficult to implement for local playing; make this available on CPGS would need some more work.

The whole approach of "which options can be modified, how to display that in the webclient, and how to pass them back to server" should be reviewed.
