I also read with interest that your colourisation brief published on this site actually references my website - Colourisation.net, which is a research wiki again protected under licence. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 License
The use of parts of this work to create your own solution is a violation of the Creative Commons licence and as such I reserve the right to take legal representation against Cairo University accordingly.
May I suggest that you revisit your research and ensure that it is significantly different to the processes discussed in the colourisation.net wiki and on the colourisation guide.
If after retracting and significantly altering this project you continue to have an interest in coourisation, please contact the Institute for us to agree a mutual arrangement to work collaboratively. However at this moment your project is in violation.
