i'm tied up w/ some networking work for most of today (it's 10:00am 
here), so i can't really help w/ the merging.  it'll probably take 
about an hour or so to resolve all the conflicts.  in case anyone wants 
to help, the merging process goes like this:

- cvs checkout CMFMember
- cvs update -jv1_0_branch
- resolve conflicts (one file at a time)
- cvs commit (one file at a time)
