#3 disabled meshes are not excluded from export

If a mesh is disabled in modo, it is still rendered and visible in the Collada export.
In the attached sample, a sphere and cube mesh are in the project. The cube is disabled in the Item list but is still present in the DAE exported.

    It looks like we'll need to exclude disabled items from the visual scene, but still include them in the node library with an extra disabled flag, so they can be restored upon reload into modo, but still not show up in third-party tools.

    Fixed in build 35392, per third-party tools, but we may still revisit this one to add an extra extension to allow round-tripping hidden items.
