I've seen the same problem, there's a Windows panel that comes up saying = that the program has failed and Windows has to end it to avoid... bla, bla (th= e usual stuff). CoLinux seems to keep working after that, network and everything= but yum doesn't. My solution was to shutdown FC5, make sure in the Task Manager that it wa= s not running (several times it was still running along with the -daemon proce= sses), and start again.
