[coLinux-devel] cobd_stat

I'm not clear on exactly what the cobd_stat() function does - in the =
2.4.26 patch file: drivers/block/cobd.c

I want to have a partition available to me (an LVM partition - type 8e) =
as a colinux block device.  When I specify the partition in the =
default.colinux.xml configuration file it apparently isn't seen by the =
cobd_init function since cobd_stat fails.  Since this LVM partition is =
an existing and valid block device on my hard drive, shouldn't cobd_stat =
succeed?  The co_switch() assembler stuff is somewhat greek to me.
