It does not as currently coded handle proxies that I'm aware
of. I don't know how hard it would be to add such support,
it's probably something we'll look into for the next major
release (when 0.7.x moves from devel to stable).

In the meantime can't you just deselect the images in the installer and use your favorite proxy-supporting download tool to get then yourself from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=98788

Then the installer should not need any proxy support.

Furthermore, you should really grab one of Henry's updated builds at http://www.henrynestler.com/colinux/ since he has fixed a lot of bugs.

Actually, The 0.6.3-rc4 that is currently available on
SF.net has all of Henry's enhancements thus far. For an
0.7.x devel, then Henry's version has lots of enhancements
that haven't been added to official branches yet.

    Currently proxy is not supported.
We use the plugin NSISdl from NSIS.

For future version we would check the new plugin InetLoad.
    It supports proxy.
