#34 Incorrect Hash Function generated for Modular Types

CF fails to generate the correct hash function when a
modular type (unsigned = mod 2^32) is used as the
identifier. The generation of the code outputs a 'no
rule to hash' warning.

A workaround is to add the tag hash = discrete
