#29 ColdFrame.Events.Is_Set is not a dispatching call
The functions Is_Set and Expires_At in
ColdFrame.Events_G.Test_G are not dispatching
operations in the same way as Wait_Until_Idle, this
makes call theses functions virtually impossible.
Versions of Is_Set and Expires_At need declaring in
ColdFrame.Events_G in the same way as Wait_Until_Idle
to make them usable.
