  • Its not really suitable as a scalable solution. I downloaded Numara Track-It! Help Desk Software which is better if you need an enterprise solution.
  • I have to be honest i recommend this, just to give it a vote of confidence... I just downloaded the rar file of this helpdesk. BUT when i unrar the file, and try to run the install from the basic instructions included, there is NO way to install. I had to make images, css and js directories and copy image files to images folder, css files to css folder, js files to js folder, since every link to this files was looking for them in those NON existent directories. index.php which is in the first instance the INSTALLATION file, had to be copied in an install folder in order to make it work without modifying the code, since this file was looking for the settings.php in an upper directory.(../setting.php) After doing all that stuff, the install file has a few errors when looking for some "include" php files, (same error of ../ as before) After making the changes, the installation creates the database schema, and the tables and stuff. BUT there is NO FRONT END available. i could login with the general.php file that shows the backend of the system. Other than that after making ALL those adjustments.. it seems to be "working"... I would love to see the frontend beyond those screenshots... I downloaded the helpdesk because i liked the frontend looks.. but i didn't get it.. Anyways.. i would LOVE to see an update of this heldesk. I know this is just a beta version.. but a lot of errors in order to get it work, at least for testing.
  • Thumbs up This project is very good. However, it needs security added to the "Create Ticket" form. I must wait until Captcha or some security is included.
