[Cognito-users] Second Cognito Release

The latest version of cognito is now available from the sourceforge website:

Cognito is now usable in a production environment. Website administrators can 
now log in to make changes and images can be uploaded / resized / added to 
content all from the online edit mode.

For those using release 0.1 there is an upgrade sql script to update the 
database.

Enjoy the new release, it's now been categorised as beta quality. Any feedback 
welcome!
