The indexer stops on the first directory, which it cannot find.

The indexer should skip directories, which cannot be found and continue indexing.

Fixed in 0.9.0.8 alpha. Non existing source directories are now skipped. However no information is provided, that this was the case. Maybe some more logging should be added.
