Hi, If you are having trouble compiling the IPC module for redhat, you should attempt to find a precompiled RPM to install. When I googled for IPC perl and RPM, I found the following page that has the IPC modules already compiled for redhat. I don't run redhat, so I have not used the site, but it looks pretty complete. http://rpmpan.sourceforge.net/IPC.html It seems to have a ton of perl modules compiled into RPM's. Also, since you are using the supported version of redhat, you may be able to get the RPM directly from the redhat network. I can't seem to find a way of searching the modules that they have, but since you are paying for it you should check that out. If redhat has the modules, you should try them first. If you don't get anywhere with the RPM's, then you should send us the output of the complete CPAN session. Thanks Jason. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
