mail user in smtp should be configurable

Mail 'From' username, as well as $smtp->mail() one should be congurable because usually mail servers deny sending mail from nonexistent user.
To satisfy all mail servers it is probably a good idea to send mail _always_ using the same (configured) username and use one From: address specified in configuration. We can add Rely-To headers to topic/comment mails so reviewers be able to reply to topic starter.
Indeed - I just introduced the $daemon_email_address config variable in codestriker.conf so that this can be set if required. A user reported this very issue on the mailing list.
