[Codenarc-developer] grails plugin is 0.12?

The grails plugin page shows the codenarc plugin as version 0.12:
http://www.grails.org/plugin/codenarc

But the source code looks like it is upgraded to 0.14

Is there something that needs to be done to release the plugin?
