The unnecessary rules, the junit rules, and the concurrency rules are
important.

I see your point. It's up to you I guess.

Griffon now has a CodeNarc build with a proper config file. GPars as
well. Groovy has one, but there is not proper config file so
violations do not fail the build.

Maybe we should just update the sample reports with the new CSS
format, and mention that Griffon, GPars, and Groovy all use CodeNarc.
