[Codenarc-developer] does RunCodeNarcAgainstProjectSourceCodeTest need to use Ant?

Does the test RunCodeNarcAgainstProjectSourceCodeTest Need to be implemented using Ant? Is this testing Ant or CodeNarc? 

It would run faster and with less verbose output if it were not Ant. That would be good.
