Any thoughts on timing for the 0.13 release? Any motivation to either do it
ASAP or hold off for a while?

I am slammed with work between now and next Friday. However, next weekend I could maybe find time to fix the few bugs. 

To fix the UnusedPrivate* rules, I think it is easy. I have some ideas but don't have time to write them out right now.
