[CodeCover-devel] Process for rebuilding grammar?

Hi there,

Is the process for modifying the grammar and then rebuilding CodeCover
with the new grammar documented anywhere?  I've just submitted a patch
to allow support default template array initializers in Java, but the
process of creating it was a bit hairy because the grammar doesn't seem
to generate the source files currently under trunk/code...
