To avoid unneseccary recomnputation of already computed solutions, implement a test for inverse Hopf points along branches of periodic solutions. At the moment, one needs to adjust ITMX by trial and error to avoid redundant computations, while a simple test would be a lot more convenient.

A typical monitor function is f(x0(0))' * f(x1(0)), where x0 is the reference orbit and x1 is the new orbit. This monitor function will experience a sign-change at a Hopf-point. One can also transform this into an integral formulation.

In addition, extend the HB->EP restarter to allow restarting of EP continuation at inverse Hopf points.

An example where this is very useful is the ABC demo attached.
