Hiding has the same effect on cd as running for a long time had on earlier versions. The stats remain the same and are not updated anymore. Quitting is the only solution.

Yes I have the same problem. My way to get the stats back ist to close
the mainwindow and the reconnect to local deamon directly. So the
connections somtimes stay and the stats are running again...
