#17 fetch more rows when a limit is set in prefs

I would like to have the ability to fetch more rows in the
content tab without changing the preference in the prefs
window.

this could be something like a button at the bottom right of
the window that "Fetch next 100 rows"

or even cooler, mimic the functionality of windows' EMS
MySQL Manager software. It has a preference to fetch a
limited number of rows, so when you first view the content
of a table, it will only fetch those rows, but as you scroll
down, it will fetch the newly displayed rows automatically.

Thank you guys so much for CocoaMySQL. I spend many
hours a day in your wonderful program and it has made my
job so much easier. The windows developers around the
office are quite jealous.
