Ah, the beauty of open source, I have added a few features I wanted and thought others might want them as well. I have sent the changes on to the developer with hope they will be rolled it into the next official relase. So, you can try my version if you like for now. http://www.theonline.org/cocoamysql/

      Hi Stu,

The SBG is greatly appreciated & I've been using it for some time with no problems.
Today I encountered a problem so I hope you don't mind me reporting it here.

I just reinstalled my computer (PB 1.67) & put on the SBG version. Added my faves & went on my merry way - no probs.

The next day one of my faves (localhost) would not connect -> "check password etc" error msg.
So I checked in the prefs & my password had been dropped.
I've noticed this on occasion before too, but no biggy - I usually find this part can be temperamental - if you don't "Test Connection" before saving the fave then it can drop some details.
So I tested - but it still refused.
Seeing that I was on a fresh install of OS X, I repaired perms & rebooted - same deal. My other connections were fine, & also connecting "on the fly" (without adding fave) worked too - only the test would refuse.
After several attempts at both "on the fly" & "save fave", SBG eventually remembered my fave without me having to test it first - then all was ok.

Sorry my report is not detailed, but i was confused by the apparent random-ness of it to accept or reject "good" connection details.
Basically it comes down to the save prefs TEST connection button being a bit strange sometimes ... but not always.

Anyway, hope this helps - keep up the good work.
