#32 Does not update new items, does not download new items

Reports as offline. Manually checked the login and password, they are
good. Get an error in console:

Changed the URL in preferences, now get the following error in Console...

Don't count on any help with this anytime soon. People have been complaining about this problem for over a year with no fix in sight.
