#28 ER: Add a plus button to the new post sheet

I, personally, would find it quite useful to have a plus button under the
text field in the new post sheet. It would work as follows (if I had my
way): When clicked, it would open a menu listing all known tags
(possibley with sub-menus for tags like Law:CivilLiberties and
Law:Constitution), which when selected would insert that tag (with a
space, if needed) into the tags text field. Whadayathink? :-)
