#25 ER: Collapsalbe tag groups

I, and other people (I think), use tags like "Law" and "Law:CivilLiberties".
It would be neat if Cocoalicious had the ability to "collapse" every tag
under "Law:" so that its not always visible.

I just learned that del.icio.us supports "bundles". The information online is
sparse to say the least, but if cocoalicious supported it, it would be really
neat. I don't think it would be the same as using Law:Reference and
Medicine:Reference, though, since bundles group tags, but the tags are still
global.
