Yes, the modifications history will be preserved. SourceForge has a = fancy little web-based migration manager where you tell click through a = few boxes and tell it to migrate your existing CVS repository. I get = the feeling it re-enacts every commit, branch, tag, etc. In the end you = have a Subversion repo with the same files, same history for each file, = and you can use ViewVC (the new version of ViewCVS) to browse through = it. -Mark=20 > -----Original Message----- > From: Grzegorz Lukasik [mailto:ha...@gm...]=20 > Sent: Tuesday, March 21, 2006 8:03 AM > To: Mark Doliner > Cc: cob...@li... > Subject: Re: [Cobertura-devel] Move Cobertura from CVS to Subversion? >=20 > I prefer SVN to CVS, so I like this move. >=20 > One small question: Will the modifications history be=20 > preserved in some way? >=20 > Grzegorz >=20 > On 3/20/06, Mark Doliner <Mar...@sa...> wrote: > > Hi! > > > > I don't expect there to be a whole lot of opposition to=20 > this, but how do people feel about moving the Cobertura=20 > source code and web site from CVS to Subversion?
