#60 WebSocket support

Please support the websocket protocol via cntlm.
For example, thes test below is KO with cntml config
1) open a browser with cntml config
2) Browse this page https://www.websocket.org/echo.html
3) check "Use secure WebSocket (TLS)"
4) click on connect
5) => ERROR
