#59 Load balance which user account is authenticated

We've got an issue where we can only have X sessions per user. We have generic users for everyone. I would like a way to load balance the users. Not too concerned about not exceeding X sessions on a user at a single time. Just would like the ability to load balance between the different generic users as we have more systems than X sessions per generic user. Thought about load balancing based on Instance but that would be static mapped and a non-efficient use.
