#47 reduce verbosity level

Thanks for great app.
By default cntlm writes a lot of messages in system log. I use it on both linux and win systems, while in linux this is not a big problem, in windows application log becomes huge. I think, it would be useful option for telling which information cntlm should write in journal.

+1 - definitely. My windows logs a full of irrelevant cntlm success stories. That's nice but hey, I KNOW !
