Please help. I have lost my Ethernet settings on my host PC and I am very new to Cntlm.exe version 0.92.2

I am running Windows7 and Ubuntu 14.1 - VMware Player.
Objective - to view internet pages from within Ubuntu running on a virtual machine running on Windows7.
Everything was setup for me and worked perfectly. I then wiped the Windows7 ethernet settings and need to restore them.

Within Ubuntu I can see settings for Wired connection 2 (default)
IP Address 192.168.226.128
Broadcast add 192.168.226.255
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default Route 192.168.226.2
Primary DNS 192.168.226.2

Wired connection 3
IP Address 10.28.255.255
Broadcast add 10.28.255.255
Subnet Mask 255.255.0.0
Default Route 10.28.230.1
Primary DNS 10.28.3.1
Sec DNS 10.53.3.171

I run
cntlm.exe -v -c c:/Cntlm/cntlm.ini -f

and the ini file contains

Username bensmith
Domain UK
PassNTLMv2 88F64S7655W1EB7442611FD7BB9A4299
Proxy 10.44.230.102:8080
NoProxy localhost, 127.0.0., 192.168., 10.28.3.4, 10.28.155.101, 10.28.155.102, 10.28.155.103, 10.28.155.104
Listen 192.168.49.1:3128

In Windows7 Network and sharing centre I have
Virtual Host-Only Network
VMware Network Adapter VMnet1
VMware Network Adapter VMnet8

Within Windows7 what network settings do I need to get this to work?
