#64 support to McAfee Web Gateway 7.4.0.16053

Hey guys

I've been used CNTLM - Accelerating NTLM Authentication Proxy version 0.92.3 for several years to authenticate linux machine in NTLMV2 Enterprise ISA Proxy enviromment. All worked ok, also tunneling features .

But now, Security Department installed McAfee Web Gateway 7.4.0.16053 and now I found two errors:

1. I cannot authenticate with NTLMV2 (NTLMV2 rejected but NTLM accepted)
2. ssh tunnelling fail whith several errors:
