Without version number, config file and a trace log, this is completely useless.
If you're using 0.92, then there was a stack corruption in a forgotten piece of testing code, which was removed and 0.92.1 released specifically because of it.

Looks more like your PC's issue if anything (RAM failing, shit win install, incompatible cygwin1.dll, etc)...
Again, this submission is incomplete.
Attaching a zipped 0.92.1 EXE with debugging symbols left in. If windows can use those and display a normal stack trace with function names on your next crash, I will take a look at it. _IF_ you submit the debug trace file (see wiki) _AND_ SHA1 sum of the cygwin1.dll which is in the same dir as cntlm.exe.
Somebody else also reported this issue and they helped with debugging. Try the new 0.92.2 if that fixes your problem too.
