I'm working with Sphinx4 for some time already and I'd like to contribute some code that I think could improve the usability. What's the preferred way?
As for me I'd preer to make a PR via github but it seems that github is just a mirror. So probably I just should submit a patch, but where should I put it, so it would not get lost?
