Sphinx4 vs pocketsphinx

Pardon for the naive question, but which is more recent? Is Sphinx4 under active development? If so, is Sphinx4 the preferred approach for Android? Thanks!

  Sphinx4 is for desktop and server Java, pocketsphinx-android is for
  mobile and embedded devices driven by Android. Technically you can use
  Sphinx4 on Android, but it has higher system requirements.
