We're looking for development help and we're hoping to hire someone with in-
depth sphinx experience to help us out!
We’re building a very interesting application that incorporates an extensive
voice-to-text component which will include both intuitive voice
commands/navigation and full transcription functionality. High accuracy is not
essential int the first release, but we'll be working on building
functionality and performance over time. There are not any commercial products
we’ve found that can be implemented in the way we require, so we’re looking to
build the voice recognition component from the ground up and we’re looking for
an expert to help us implement what we want to put together.
Immediate deliverables:
1. Stable implementation of full voice-to-text capacity with Sphinx within a broader desktop application. Users will be able to train/personalize their application.
2. Implementation voice command capacity for base set of commands (to be expanded upon first implementation).
We are going to continue to evolve the speech recognition component of the
application and, though we are most interested in bringing someone in short-
term in getting the above components implemented quickly, we’re also
interested in working with someone who wants to build a complex and evolving
speech recognition system with the application based on Sphinx.
I hope this post doesn't run counter to the posting standards of the board.
We've found it quite challenging finding someone who has the experience we're
looking for, so we'd love to hear from anyone interested!
