We would like to set up a system that takes a digital recording of each one of
our group discussions in the Occupy Toronto community and then transcribes to
text the discussion to text. Each transcription will be posted to web along
with the original recording so the world can see what is going on. We hope
this will be a model of openness for for the world wide Occupy movement. The
problem is that we have no idea how to set up a speaker independent speech
recognition so would like help setting up a working system that is if one is
possible.
