I try to make an acoustic model for several european language.
I have the sound (intel PCM), the transcription, the phone file, the dictionnary, the filler file. I had the feats from my audio file.
During the verification (verify_all.pl), all is OK

    >MODULE: 00 verify training files        (2001-07-30 11:17)
    >    Phase 1: DICT - Checking to see if the dict and filler dict >agrees with the phonelist file
    >        Found 114 words using 36 phones
    >                passed
    >    Phase 2: DICT - Checking to make sure there are not >duplicate entries in the dictionary
    >                 passed
    >    Phase 3: CTL - Check general format; utterance length >(must be positive); files exist
    >                 passed
    >    Phase 4: CTL - Checking number of lines in the transcript >should match lines in control file
    >                 passed
    >    Phase 4a: CTL - Determine amount of training data, see if >n_tied_states seems reasonable.
    >                 passed
    >    Phase 5: TRANSCRIPT - Checking that all the words in >the transcript are in the dictionary
    >        Words in dictionary: 110
    >        Words in filler dictionary: 2
    >                 passed

step 1 (vector quantize) : passed

My problem is with the Baum Welch script.
This is what I can read on my computer screen

    >MODULE: 02 Training Context Independent models
    >    Cleaning up directories: accumulator...logs...models...
    >    Flat initialize
    >
    >     Baum welch starting for iteration: 1 (1 of 1) Log File
    >        Using 26 files: 0% 30% Finished
    >Only 0 parts of 1 of baum welch were successfully >completed
    >Parts 1 failed to run!

Do you know what to do ?
I had a look on the script but I don't see what's the problem.

    THANX
