Hi, I'm a Uni student and I'm doing my research on different English accents (mainly around British Isles). I could find relative frequencies of phonemes in RP and GA but I would like to find out the distribution of phonemes in other accents as well. I was hoping I could do it by changing the formulas of those done in RP and GA.
Is there a way how to do it using your software? Let's say I want to know the text frequency of individual phonemes in scouse.
Thanks guys,
Mike

You can do it with a simple Python script given you have the dictionaries for the accents you need. We do not have them. You might check http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/projects/unisyn/.
