Hi, I want to start working with MMIE scripts that are in the SVN SphinxTrain,
but I dont know if it is working fine, or have something 'dark' to set or some
    tips that I can follow.
For now, I only have LDA/MLLT working in Brazilian Port. with about 15 hours
of training and with 2250 sentences out of training and more than 119K
dictionary words. All of that is dictation mode.

    results:
    WER: 65% SENT: 15% .... very bad!!! for LDA/MLLT
WER: 92% SENT: 54.81% .... but without LDA/MLLT and with reduced training base
and test (out of train... of course)

Please, any results of MMIE or LDA/MLLT, tunning parameters, tips, 'dark
magical tips', or another things... please post here .. they allways are
    walcome!!! :)

I have a reciept for you.

Find black chicken. Cut off it's head, dig head into north side of your house
on friday night, then dig body on the south on sunday sunrise. Your accuracy
    will magically improve!

Being serious, it's a software, there is no magic and hints. It's all about
testing, logic and reasoning. If you need to solve the problem you need to
test, find the reason of bad accuracy and remove it. You need to be precise
and accurate to do that. For example, WER means word error rate, 92% WER means
that almost everything is wrong. 65% WER is better than 92%, it means that
almost half of words are recognized correctly.
