Hi everybody,

My sister is teacher and during this summer I aim to do an app. to help spanish children to learn to read, and i'd like to use sphinx4.

I know there's an acoustic model for english children (CMU Kids) , but i've not found an spanish one. Before recording child voices to make my own acoustic model for children, i'd like to be sure there's no commercial or free acoustic model of this kind.

Do you know any? It would be nice if you can help me with this issue.

  Your unlikely to find a acoustic model for spanish children. You can make your own or,
  
  I am not sure but saw a paper and asked Nickolay, both suggested just getting a adult spanish vtln model and applying a frequency warping:
