    I doing speaker adaptation.

    When I run bw command on command line I get this error.

      But when I run mllr_transform I get adaptation was successful.

      Why the following error is coming.

      Check your command line, it seems to be cut short. After "-accumdir" you're supposed to have the name of the directory where the accumulator files will be stored. As the error message says, all arguments of bw require a swith "-something" always followed by some word (path, file name, current, none, etc).

        Do not include the dot when giving the extension for mfcc files. I.e. put "-cepext mfc" instead of "-cepext .mfc".

        The error messages are pretty explicit so please try to understand the problem yourself before posting to the mailing list.
