I am working in the development of an LVCSR System for the Indian Language
Tamil. I would like to try an ASR system built using "text independent" speech
recognition for Tamil. I have read the following paper http://citeseerx.ist.p
su.edu/viewdoc/summary?doi=10.1.1.134.4272 . Mentioned in it is a Java interface for
speech segmentation. Can you provide help on where and how to obtain the
interface? Is there any other free tool that does Text-Independent Speech
segmentation?
