Digits identification @ nonsupported language

Hi,

I would like to create an application like the Transcriber demo (http://cmusp
hinx.sourceforge.net/sphinx4/src/apps/edu/cmu/sphinx/demo/transcriber/README.h
tml) that simply recognizes numbers (from one to ten).
But I need to do this in a language that is not currently supported by the
system: portuguese.
How could I achieve this?

I believe I need to create the acoustic model, grammar and linguistic model. I
didn't understand quite well how to do this. May I ask your help?

Hello

I believe I need to create the acoustic model, grammar and linguistic model.

You need to create an acoustic model and write a grammar and a dictionary. You
don't need linguistic model. Alternative solution will be to use other
language acoustic model and transcribe Portuguese words with Spanish or
English phones.

I didn't understand quite well how to do this. May I ask your help?
