When I try to do forced alignment by following command I am stuck with the error. Please help me.

You have non-printable whitespace symbols in the insent file it seems. You can review it in hex editor to understand the issue.

Thank you sir for your response, firstly I am try to build my own models using pocket sphinx and then I am using the models to do forced alignment. I have removed all the blank space symbols and once again build the models even then I am getting the same error. I don't know how to proceed. Please help me. Finally, I have done there is problem with windows new line style to unix new line style.
I have used the following command for conversion.

tr -d '\015' <DOS-file> UNIX-file
