Dear Sir,

Are mfcc coefficients OS and hardware dependent? Can we use mfcc created in windows xp of one machine on the other machine having vista?

  It looks like a bug you can help us to fix. I don't have access to Vista but I remember Juilus also has such issue and they fixed it. It looks like there is the problem in frontend processing
  
  As a workaround of course you can get mfc on XP and use it later.
